Young Monarchs Finish 3-6 overall/2-3 Conference

"Thanks For The Memories SENIORS!"  It was a tough weather season not to mention Florence and missing 2 scheduled games, Homecoming, weeks of practice and 6 weeks of school (30 school days).  Eastern NC, our county/city community and Monarch community was impacted like never before...we learned what was important in life as we tried to help family, friends and strangers who had lost everything...a won-lost record was suddenly not so important!  We will continue to recover because we have each other...continue to volunteer and help those in need and keep each other in our thoughts and prayers!  Recovery will take time...

Parents & fans, THANK YOU for supporting all Monarch teams-home & away this Fall. Thanks to the student-athletes, coaches, bus drivers, AD, field maintenance, Trainer Greg Marr, cheerleaders, band, Booster Club, WAVQ, sponsors, chain crew, standby EMS, faculty ticket takers, press box crew, JROTC Color Guard, JPD and custodians!  It really does take a village...
