Fall Sport Practices will officially start all over NC on Thursday, August 1st...Will you be ELIGIBLE & READY?

An up-to-date PHYSICAL & PROOF OF INSURANCE are required to be on file with the NHS AD before any practice or physical activity will be allowed. **See the forms required at the NHS School Website www.onslow.k12.nc.us/northsidehs under ATHLETICS.

Some teams only have a few days of tryouts so please be ready to go on the first day of practice or you may be left out. (Teams have to be chosen as the first contests are only 2 weeks away). Some teams are having summer workouts/weight room now so please check the Athletic Calendar above or see the schedule below. It is important to become acclimatized to the heat. Incoming FRESHMEN can begin high school workouts as soon as they were promoted to 9th grade...get out of the house, get in shape, meet your new teammates & coaches.

Be sure to review the Athletic Eligibility Requirements to insure that you are eligible...there is more than just having a physical.
