Masks are to be worn during practices & competitions.

Northside's Volleyball team becomes the first sport to be played th is 2020-2021 Season and opens play in the very competitive 3A Coastal Conference TUESDAY at Swansboro and on THURSDAY at White Oak; both matches begin at 4:30 for JV & 6:00 for Varsity. Schedules can be found at MaxPreps or above at FALL-VOLLEYBALL. Scores will be posted as soon as received. 

Attendance at indoor events is limited to 25 fans by NCHSAA COVID-19 Regulations...Conference attendance policy restricts those 25 people to HOME FANS ONLY (to be determined by each home school); Sorry, no visitor fans with the current fan limitations.  

GOOD NEWS IS COMING-BUT NOT HERE YET...A good alternative to attending matches is by subscribing to the NFHS Network and watching the matches being live streamed with their new Pixellot cameras which will soon be installed in all Onslow County school's gyms and football stadiums as well as in other area schools. These cameras are fully automatic with zoom capabilities and include the score and a game time clock on the screen. (more info soon...).  Grandparents, other family members, friends, etc can all watch the games/matches by subscribing to the NFHS Network.

SAFELY OPENING HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETICS=Fan Restrictions, Masks, Reduced Season w/ Fewer Matches/Games...BUT THINGS WILL GET BETTER! - The NFHS NETWORK may be one of them!
