Cross County Workout Plan
Depending on your current skill level, follow the top row if you are just beginning or follow the bottom row of the workout if you have been running regularly.
Tempo Run: Comfortably hard pace
Fartleks: 3/1/20 3 minutes easy pace, 1 minute fast pace for a total of 20 minutes.
Timed Runs: It doesn’t matter the distance. Run for the set amount of time at a relatively easy pace.
Download an app to keep track of time and distance.
Eat well! Carbs before a run. Protein after a run.
Get a good pair of running shoes!
