Check the NHS Athletic Website in the left pulldown window for ELIGIBILITY Rules and a copy of the PRE-PARTICIPATION FORM (Do NOT Substitute).
A copy of your physical must be on file with the NHS AD before you can tryout...Some teams only have tryouts for a few days so don't be left out by not being ready.
