Summer Workouts will continue again starting Monday July 9th for Boys Soccer, Football, Volleyball, Boys Basketball and Cheer teams.  See the practice schedules on the Athletic Website Calendar above.

This will be the last week of Boys Basketball summer workouts until pre-season and Coach Barton encourages all interested players Freshmen-Seniors to come workout!

Summer Workouts are a very important time in improving both individual and team skills. If you're new to NHS, it's a great time to meet teammates and coaches. You need to become acclimatized to the heat.

Next week July 16-22 will be the last NCHSAA Dead Period for the NC Coaches Clinic & All-Star Games in Greensboro. No workouts, weight room, league play during this time! Relax-Go on vacation!
