Some teams only have a few days of tryouts so please be ready to go on the first day of practice or you may be left out. (Teams have to be chosen as the first contests are only 2 weeks away). Some teams are having summer workouts/weight room now so please check the Athletic Calendar above or contact the school for more info. It is important to become acclimatized to the heat. Incoming FRESHMEN can begin high school workouts as soon as they were promoted to 9th grade...get out of the house, get in shape, meet your new teammates & coaches.
